Pacific Landscape Services Inc is hiring 2 full time permanante Landscape Maintenance Supervisors PLSI is a family owned business with 4 depots in Oregon and 1 in Vancouver, WA. All of our maintenace employees work 40+ hours per week 52 weeks per year. Full time employment year round is gaurenteed. Benefits and Pay: $23-28 per hour, based on experience Benefits: Weekly pay, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K with company match, cell phone reimbursement, uniform provided, paid training Work Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days Monday - Thursday Occasional work on Friday is required Overtime in the peak season required Responsibilities: Communicate with Account Managers, crews, and office personnel Train and oversee maintenance activities of multiple crews Assign daily tasks to crews Promote and maintain safe working practices Complete tasks assigned by Account Managers Work outside in all weather conditions Experience and Qualifications: 1-2 years supervisor experience 5 years landscape maintenance experience Minor irrigation repair and programing Valid driver license with good record Able to pass DOT medical examination Able to give and following instructions Show up on time and ready for work each day Be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat Able to lift 50 pounds daily Able to communicate in Spanish with crew members
