We are a small business specializing in the production of diamond grinding wheels and other superabrasive tools. We're looking for new team members to help us prepare our wheel blanks for electroplating, and to help process finished wheels for inspection and shipping. The perfect candidate pays close attention to detail, works well with a team, and has an interest in improving the quality and efficiency of their work. Hand skills, mechanical inclination, and any industry-related experience are always a plus, but certainly not a requirement. We will provide all the training you'll need to succeed here. Occasional heavy lifting is required as a handful of our grinding wheels weight between 20 and 50 pounds We have a small team and we each do a little of everything, so there is plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Friendly staff and laid-back atmosphere. Starting pay is listed here. Healthcare available for full-time employees after 90 days, as well as evaluation for our production bonus program.
