We have warehouse and distribution locations in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Mount Pleasant, Texas. Job Overview: Our company is searching for a Warehouse Worker to join our team at our distribution center in the DFW area - Carrollton, TX 750006. We need an ambitious and hardworking professional who does not mind working in hot or cold conditions and can work an entire shift on their feet. We prize speed and accuracy above all else, so we require a Warehouse Worker who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task. A warehouse worker is responsible for all cross-dock warehousing and transportation activities to include receiving, sorting, staging, and shipping of perishable products to multiple distribution centers daily. Responsibilities: Efficiently work side by side with other warehouse personnel to ensure that productivity, service levels, and quality standards are met Coordinate incoming deliveries from multiple suppliers Receive, count, verify, and stage products Fill orders for outbound trailers to customers and other distribution centers Follow outbound transportation schedules Work with Sales & Transportation to determine orders and delivery schedules Pick product from the distribution center and transport it to the shipping bay Receive product for return or delivery and verify its contents Count and stock product based on inventory control log Identify damaged, lost or missing product and notify supervisor immediately Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping Treat product with care and concern at all times Ability and willingness to work a full time Sunday-Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m. schedule that may include some Fridays and bank holidays.
