Ricchi Group is looking for Bilingual Handyman. We offer health/dental benefits, paid vacation, and sick days. Experience: -Minimum three (3) years in painting experience -Ability to perform small repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. -Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines -Friendly and likeable personality -Knowledge of sprinkler systems -Self-Motivated -Strong customer service skills and strong work ethic -Strong knowledge in Plumbing & Electrical -Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize -Team-Oriented Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to: -Patch and Paint areas that need upkeep. -Offer feasible solutions when problems arise regarding repairs and maintenance -Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance of the office building, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, lights, locks, doors, fire safety equipment, pest control, landscaping, irrigation, signage, all building equipment, painting, janitorial, parking lot, HVAC, roofing and other miscellaneous tasks necessary to keep the building running smoothly. Tasks: -Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) -Windows – wash windows and check mullans for leaks and check blinds -Communicate any and all issues to the property manager daily -Electrical – all timers; all lights including emergency lighting; check batteries, trouble shoot shorts and breaks -Fire safety equipment – assist contractor during yearly inspections of equipment -Hanging and removing signage; report anything missing or damaged -HVAC – change filters -Irrigation – shut-off valves; head; pipes; timers; water pressure; water control valves -Keep roof free and clear of debris -Must be able to pass drug test -Plumbing –repairs to toilets/urinals and fixtures; leaks, pipes -Repair/adjust doors, locks -Report any problems or malfunctions or potential malfunctions of any and all equipment to the property manager in a timely basis -Restrooms and common areas must be free and clear of debris; report any malfunctions of any and all equipment to the property manager in a timely basis We Are An Equal Opportunity Employer
