Looking for Electrician / Plumber / Handyman for Multi-Unit Management

I own 12 units in the form of 4 triplexes in South Philly and I am looking for someone to put on monthly retainer to handle the maintenance of the 12 units as well as all work required when the unit turns over. Must have skills in: - Electric - Plumbing - Basic Construction - Painting - General Troubleshooting NOTE: This is not a full time job. This a very part time job that will allow the person with the right skillset to supplement their income by $12,000-$15,000 a year. I am willing to pay an agreed upon monthly retainer and if selected, you will be responsible for regular maintenance as well as turnovers (painting/cleaning, etc.).
