Job Description The Machine Operator works in a climate controlled environment loading the production machine with supplies, packing and palletizing product, and completing paperwork. One-on-one on-the-job training is provided in a safe and supportive work environment. Earn $15.00 to $16.05 per hour dependent on shift. Hiring for all 3 Shifts. Ask about our sign-on bonus. Job Responsibilities Load machine with supplies. Pack product. Palletize product. Complete paperwork. Ability to lift up to 50lbs a few times per day. Ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift with additional optional overtime.
