Since that time, through our dedicated employees, we have developed a network of loyal customers and carriers throughout the United States. ***JOIN OUR TEAM*** $15.00 Per Hour MaRRS provides their Employees & Family’s options for the Health, Dental & Life Insurance. 401K with a 3% Salary Match The Material Handling Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking & shipping of product to meet company standards of safety, security, productivity & customer service. Responsibilities • Ensure that the product is received, stored, picked, shipped accurately & in a manner that will not damage items • Comply with individual, team & departmental performance and productivity goals • Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state and local laws • Perform or assist in building, grounds and equipment maintenance as required • Abide by all safety and security policies and procedures • Ensure that warehouse is consistently clean and free of debris • Abide by all company policies and procedures • Data entry into inventory system & freight carrier systems • All other duties as assigned Qualifications • A minimum of one year distribution center experience • Basic mathematics, reading and typing skills • Strong understanding of inventory flow • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50lbs • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Must have own transportation • Must pass drug/alcohol test
