We are seeking a Landscape Construction Team Lead to run and manage one of our landscape teams. This position has exciting growth opportunities. Job Description The Landscape Construction Team Lead is responsible for providing hands on guidance to their landscape team to assure the proper, efficient, and timely completion of installation projects in keeping with Terra Environmental Services high standards of quality and professionalism on every job. The Landscape Construction Team Lead is also responsible for reporting on the day-to-day accomplishments of their team with the Operations Manager, filing and submitting required reports, and job costing information. Requirements and Skills Needed for Your Success • Experience installing pavers, travertine, and flagstone a plus. • Valid Arizona Driver’s License. • Minimum of three years of landscape construction or construction experience. • Manage and understand project budgets. • Ability to lead and manage your team by example. • Experience in reading and understanding blueprints and can use a laser level or zip level. • Ability to run skid steer, tampers, trenchers, and other power equipment. • Material and equipment purchasing experience. • Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of Terra Equipment. • Effective written and oral communication skills. • A sharp attention to detail. • Strong work ethic. • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus. • Ability to handle the physical stresses of lifting and being in our Arizona summer sun. • A Desire to Learn. • Most importantly be able monitor the safe operation of his team.
