My friend found a dog on the road she’s tried to find his owners already but had no lucky since he didn’t have a collar she also checked for microchips but also had no luck. She lives in an apartment so cannot keep him she said he is pretty stinky at the moment and skinny he may have been neglected and abused. His is a while male husky and is also not nuetered.
