help moving a couch

I need two strong people to help me move a large and heavy couch! I live on the first floor of a building. I just bought a couch that my friend and I carried up the rear fire escape stairs but then were unable to maneuver through the rear doorway without taking the door off the hinges (still an option, I suppose). I need two people to help carry it back down the stairs, around to the front of the building, up a flight of stairs, and through the (wider) front entrance. If you and a friend are free Tuesday or Wednesday let me know! I'm at the intersection of Montrose and Sacramento. Caveat: Just so you know what you're getting yourselves into, the photos are of the rear staircase the couch will need to go back down, the path to the alley, and the front staircase the couch will need to go up. I would def. pay you even if it turned out that we couldn't get it up the front staircase for whatever reason.
