Hi Home renovation. I need multiple types of help. 1st and most important: I need a crew to come and remove flooring such as carpet in 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. I will have the dumpster on hand. I also need all the laminate flooring taken out along with the base boards. The laminate is in most of the house. The work day will be 10/29. No flexibility. This is the only day the work can be done. 2350 sq ft. One level ranch. One staircase going down. The house was built in 2010. Owner will be on hand on day of tear of flooring. Respond back to this ad and include your phone number and experience. Next, if you know of anyone who has experience installing engineered wood or hardwood, let me know. Install first week or second week in November. I also have two walls that need to come down. Tear out date: 10/29 Painting, tile work and cabinet install work available too. Between these dates and depending on deliveries:10/30-11/19 OWNER will get permits and is GC. Owner will be on site during work. GC already has a licensed electrician and plumber. THANKS!
