I'm a 57 yr old woman who's at her wits end trying to replace the valve keeperand rocker in my ford ranger. I've got no money to pay for repairs and have had my fair share of financial difficulties lately. From getting ripped off on this truck to an unexpected vet Bill. Is there anyone who could help me get my truck back together before it gets too cold out?
