What you’ll do: Receives merchandise, loads and unloads trucks; checking merchandise for damage Must be able to stand for long periods of time during shift Equipment maintenance and upkeep Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized Responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment and manually moving Maintaining clean shipping supply area complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to complete all tasks for a clean work environment such as stand, bend, and twist Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Our ideal candidate: Start times of 10:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Previous experience a plus Ability to handle physical workload Skills and Abilities Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices. Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.
