We lost our Smart Key at Retail Rebel, Friday the 8th. We were allowed to look for it for 10 minutes until they kicked us out. We were not allowed to look though the bins in the back, or even to look through the trash. One lady in the store tried to stick up for us, but the "manager" shut her down - even though they were at the store working over an hour after close. An hour we would've been happy just to look through the trash. They completely prevented us from searching for something that just ran us nearly $400 to replace. There is a chance it fell into a bin, and they turned around and sold it. If anyone picked up a Smart Key with batteries in it, can you send me a description so I can tell if it's ours? Will pay for it back.
