Meet Inara! This pretty girl is about 45 pounds and between 3 to 5 years old. She came to us after being hit by a car and her elbow was dislocated. She would’ve been euthanized if we hadn’t taken her that night at the ER hospital. She is very sweet and well-mannered and does great on the leash, she gets along with all the other dogs, so far seems fine with cats, but I wouldn’t leave her alone with a cat until she knows them well. She is crate-trained trained and is working hard at house training. She has had a few accidents, but is getting the hang of house training. We think she was an outside dog before she came to us. We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Inara. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Inara the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes her spay surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, dental cleaning, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
