We are in need of a person who can fix issues at our vacation rental cabins when needed. We have multiple properties in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. These issue mostly include maintenance tasks like fixing shower valve, fridge, recliner sofa and putting new tips on pool sticks, checking on filters, fixing mechanical, plumbing, or electrical issues. Some carpentry or tile, installing locks, hooking up appliances. Helping with hot tub repairs. Only reply to this if you know how to work, don't have any criminal history or violent behavior.
