Build Care is looking for Site Supervisors to join our team. The Site Supervisor completes quality inspections, supervising sub-contractors and staff. Supervisor also coordinate day to day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Oversees staff, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste management. Duties/Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment. _ Handles emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports. - Communicate with customers regarding products and services. - Provide transparent communication between your team and the master schedule to make sure that the work orders and invoices are complete and accurate before it gets sent to the billing department. - Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, monitoring and controlling performance. Required Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be billingual (Spanish) - Must be highly ethical and reliable - Authorise to work in US - Must have a valid driver licence - High School diploma or equivalent
