Need: One time pick up garbage / trash & yard debris and dispose of it

Have a showing for a rental and need to have removed and disposed of: the garbage and trash inside 2 overflowing outdoor trash bins (some is bagged and most is loose), which include old paint cans. And yard debris: wood logs and branches/yard pieces (Trash & garbage inside the trash cans is to be removed, not the trash cans themselves.). House is near Eastway and Sugar Creek. The trash bin contents and yard debris would fit in the back of a large pick up or cargo van or anything larger. It would not fit inside a regular vehicle and probably not even an SUV.
