We are in search of a Lead Maintenance person who process a HVAC License while all other license would be a plus. This is a lead position with experience with plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, painting, electronic door locks, and being bilingual is a plus. Hours are 9am to 5:30pm. We are looking for someone that is very organized, processes tools, able to prioritize daily duties while delegating duties with other staff members. Must have own transportation, available after hours for emergency purposes from time to time. Must be able to lift, climbing and work on equipment as needed.
