Job Description: This position entails hands-on work such as cleaning of commercial kitchen hoods, HVAC, and dryer systems. Our services are expanding and our service team is seeking new technicians to go out and perform the onsite services for our clients. Crews Travel to clients establishment’s in company vehicles. We are looking for friendly professionals who don’t mind getting dirty. Maintaining high customer satisfaction is critical, so we need someone who pays high attention to detail. If you like working hands-on in the service industry with room for growth this position is for you. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License and good driving record. Ability to pass a Drug test upon hire. Ability to pass a background check upon hire. Professional customer interactions. Proficient with modern smartphones and tablets. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to communicate basic technical information to non technical audiences. Boston Certified Inspector and Cleaner preferred. Massachusetts kitchen exhaust license preferred. Fully vaccinated, or willing to become vaccinated. Hours: Looking to fill an open position for any of the three shift. Second shift 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Monday through Friday. Mid shift start time Monday through Thursday 7:00 PM-3:00 AM Fridays at 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Third shift 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM Sunday through Thursday. Note: Exact start and finish times may vary. Compensation and Benefits: Base annual compensation ranges from $17 to $24 an hour based on experiences and licenses. CVI provides training and sets up testing for any employee who wishes to become a certified kitchen exhaust inspector and cleaner. This is accompanied by a $1.00 raise for each license. Overtime work including weekends is available for those who are qualified and wish to work. Performance bonus program for qualified individuals. Pays onsite, travel and overtime with a minimum 40 hour work week. Benefits package includes 401K with match, health insurance, vacation, holidays and sick time, uniforms.
