This workshop will help church leaders embrace the change to thrive in a deeply confusing and stressful time. The climate of our nation has changed, and only the churches that embrace the change will thrive. The key to the future church is not to recreate or restore the past. We can become so comfortable with how we do what we do that we lose sight of why we’re doing it and who we are doing it for. We can’t fall in love with the programs or approach. We should be committed to our mission, not our model. Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:18-19. So, you’re trying to make the best decisions you can in a deeply confusing, stressful time, and you’re tired. You feel like you don’t have the strength to embrace it. Get the fuel and courage you need to develop yourself and your teams.
