Reiki and Heart Math Clinic is for Mothers and Kids is a created to support our community by assisting children and their parents with tools to cope with the challenges of our fast paced society.
Come spend some time with us and learn about some resources pertaining to social emotional education, Heart Math, Reiki and breathing techniques.
The event is extremely unique since HHR is able to partner with Mood Shift to provide tools and relaxation for both mothers and children. At the culmination of the event, the family unit will have more skills and tools to move forward in life while still understanding the present moment.
***The activities will be set up for children 2-7. Mothers will be in the salt cave learning Heart Math and Children will be in the event space doing mindfulness exercises, receiving Reiki and learning SEL
Donation based, nonprofit Reiki Center to promote a safe place to heal
