The core of her research focuses on analyzing trends for both NAR members and housing consumers. Through management of surveys, focus groups and data analysis, she presents new and innovative ways to showcase results. Jessica discusses research findings in major media outlets and international presentations. In 2021, Dr. Lautz was named one of Housing Wire’s Women of Influence, a list representing 100 of the most influential women in leadership in the housing industry. She also volunteers at Nottingham Trent University as an industry fellow mentoring real estate graduate students. Mary Peyton, SAR 2021 President - Mary Peyton is the Broker and Branch Director for Hunt Real Estate ERA in Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs. She is a NYS licensed real estate instructor and teaches Sales Licensing and Broker classes, NYSAR's Strategies for Success, NAR's Code of Ethics, and many other core and elective courses. Mary is an industry veteran with years of experience in client services and association leadership including serving on local and state committees and boards. Densay Sengsoulavong, SAR Chief Executive Officer - Densay Sengsoulavong has served as CEO of Southern Adirondack REALTORS® since late 2020. His previous roles include Government Affairs Director and Public Affairs Director for a large REALTORS® association in North Carolina. Densay also serves on National Association of REALTORS® committees including the Association Executive Institute (AEI) Advisory Board, and is involved in the local community through his service on the Chapman Historical Museum's Board of Trustees.
