Operations Manager Seeking a motivated individual to fill the role at our growing labor company. We are established in multiple markets and looking to grow our current business in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Qualities: - Exhibits Punctuality - Bilingual (Spanish and English) - Responsive and efficient communication - Leadership - Diligent ambitions - Highly Organized - Ability to adapt on the go Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to provide numerous laborers for requests - Lead crews on and off project sites - Prior Experience preferred but not required - Types of work will include: Restoration, Demolition, Drywall Removal, Water Extraction, Cleaning Services, Moving Furniture, etc. - Track, report and distribute hours and payroll - Send detailed confirmations once requests are filled - Ensure labor is actively showing up the requested job-sites on time Compensation: $17 an hour + $2 an hour per worker provided Example: If you find 1 person to work 40 hours in a week, it will generate $80 in an extra bonus (1 person = $2 x 40 hours) 10 people at 40 hours would be an additional $800 We look forward to hearing from you!
