Seeking an energetic, flexible, outgoing individual to join our team. We are looking for the right candidate to be loyal and do right for the company. This candidate should be a team player and willing to go the extra mile. Polished and professional appearance. Must have previous automotive selling experience. Hours are 8am – 5:30pm Monday - Friday Responsibilities include CASH HANDLING Enter invoices Receive payments for completed vehicles DEPOSITS Batch cc machine daily Facebook and Twitter account Keep the accounts up to date CUSTOMER SERVICE Answer phone Explain repairs needed to customers Call for parts Pick up parts Drive customers to and from the shop Retrieve plate and VIN number from automobiles Follow up with customers FILING File completed customer invoices File vendor invoices WAITING ROOM SET UP Keep waiting area clean Keep bathrooms clean and stocked for customer use Other Duties as assigned
