Indie post-punk guitarist wanted

Female vocalist/bassist and drummer is seeking a lead guitarist with indie/punk/new wave vibes (and a smidgen of prog) to complete our lineup. Some of our influences include: Fugazi, Bauhaus, David Bowie, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Primus, King Crimson, The Cure, Missing Persons, Gang of Four, At the Drive In, The Pretenders, PJ Harvey, The Breeders, The Rapture, Talking Heads, A Perfect Circle. We're thinking along the lines of post-punk dance rock using diminished chords. We have practice spaces in Freeport and Merrick close the LIRR. Our main focus is writing original music although we do like to throw in a cover here and there during a set just for fun. Depending on how fast you pick up new material and can contribute to the songwriting process, we should be ready to play out and record within a month or two. While we are responsible adults with careers and bills, we are serious about making beautiful music together and creating something wonderful and weird.
