Job Summary A Team leader is responsible to facilitate the operations, decisions, and actions within a manufacturing team. The Team Leader provides guidance and direction while acting as a mentor to team members. The focus of this position centers on customer satisfaction, teamwork, individual and team motivation, workload management, training, and overall process quality.
