Easter Coleman is the creative visionary behind Easter’s Kitchen and has been in the catering field for over ten years. I developed a love for cooking and serving since the tender age of ten. I always enjoyed the way my food brought joy and satisfaction to all those who ate it. My cooking preference became more health specialized when my late grandmother "Maude" passed away from high blood pressure, and heart failure. This motivated me to be an avenue for everyone that I cooked for to live longer and enjoy the food they ate without the guilt."Easter's Kitchen" is what I began calling this innovative company in 1995 that was created to bring my vision to pass by promoting healthier longer lives.
