Join us for a very special Penfolds Wine Dinner in our Tuscany Ballroom on October 29th at 7PM (VIP Reception at 6PM) Featuring the exceptional Penfolds Wine portfolio, while highlighting their wines from both Australia and California. Penfolds has been listed in Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Top 100 Wineries for 2021. It is their 29th time featured on the list, more than any other winery in the world. I couldn’t be more excited to share that -what makes this dinner so special is that we are able to offer both Bin 98, Penfolds Quantum “Wine of the World” Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 from Napa Valley and Penfolds Grange Shiraz, 2015 from South Australia. Their flagship 2018 Quantum leads the inaugural California Collection release- awarded 100 points by Meridith May, Somm Journal. Grange has a reputation as one of the world’s most celebrated wines. The Penfolds Grange 2015 will be the star of the show, one of the best vintages since 1998, rated 100 points by James Suckling. This four-course dinner, featuring seven wines, will take place in our Tuscany Ballroom at 7PM. Attendance will be capped at 30 guests. As always, we will host a VIP Reception prior to the dinner at 6PM, on the Rioja Rooftop to include an additional wine and passed hors d'oeuvres.
