Bend Soap Company, a family owned manufacturer of all-natural goat milk soap and other skincare products, is in need of a full time individual to join our shipping and fulfillment team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Demonstrate dependability and a good work ethic Demonstrate accuracy and a keen attention to detail. Demonstrate a flexible and willing approach to work. Ability to have healthy communication, both written and verbal Basic computer skills Ability to work independently or part of a team Be able to win the respect of your teammates with kindness and respect Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to work quickly and efficiently to keep day to day tasks moving swiftly RESPONSIBILITIES Pull customer orders Pack and ship orders Restock shipping supplies, product pick line, product backstock and other items Daily housekeeping tasks Product labeling Additional projects as needed such as; restocking shipments, organizing shipping area, or standard operating procedures Team culture is important to us. We are looking for a positive and energetic person who is self-motivated and eager to participate in a variety of tasks. Must be interested in working with a group of young, wholesome individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a positive approach to life and its challenges, portray an energetic and edifying attitude, and always be willing to help, whatever the task.
