Message: IG @ DTLAGETAWAY 30 MINUTE LATE POLICY As much as we would love to make everyones night perfect and fulfilled, we do have a 30 minute late policy that if there is no communication about arriving late, no communication at all for the first 30 minutes into the reservation, your reservation will automatically be considered a "no show" with no refund. We ask that you try to stay in communication with us the moment you believe you will be late as we will make sure to continue your reservation. Thank you
