Intro to Trapeze Yoga! A fun an adventurous afternoon! Interested in trying trapeze yoga? Grab a friend (14+) and join us for a Saturday afternoon learning the basics of trapeze yoga while still enjoying a quality class and some good relaxation at the end! This is a great way to test the waters or just have a really great afternoon doing something a little different! This class is designed for complete beginners and no skills or experience are required! We have three sessions available, sign up for one, two, or all three! If you sign up for all three, there is a $10 discount. Note: Unlimited members, this is very similar to the Intro to Trapeze you already have on the schedule.
