Come gather around the table at Heart and Hammer and let's talk food!! This fun & unique class will elevate your entertaining this Fall! It’s Fall, and that means that’s many holidays approach! One of the most fun ones is Halloween, which means pumpkins, spiders, ghosts and ghouls, and lots of good food and sweet treats! Heart and Hammer and Viand are so incredibly excited to offer an informative and interactive course that guides you through how to assemble your very own charcuterie board starting with the basics: What is a Charcuterie Board? How do I select which meats and cheeses to use? How much food do I need for my guests? How should I arrange the food? Deb from Viand is happy to get these questions answered…and so much more! You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. You will experience socializing at its finest with friends and other classmates, wine and the personal charcuterie board you create during the class. Throughout the class each participant will get to sample over 12 different foods as we talk about them. There are sample bites you will have, in addition to all the food each participant assembles on their personal class board, and if you’ve seen the pics it’s quite a lot! Red and/or white house wine and house blended cocktail or non alcoholic beverage available as part of the class . If guests would like to bring a different beverage along they are more than welcome to do so. Tickets for our upcoming Halloween themed classes held on Oct. 29th at 6:00pm until 8:00pm can be purchased here. Price includes the class, slate cutting board, snacks and beverages during the class, and your completed “Spooky Charcuterie” board when you’re finished.
