cat rehoming - has litter box issues

hi there, this is probably a long shot of a request but i am running out of options: PLEASE read all before contacting. i have a young male cat ~2 years old. he is neutered and had his first set of shots. i cannot afford to keep him due to unexpected financial hardships and, conveniently, none of the local shelters are responding to me. he uses a litter box but he also pees all over the house. i have put up with this for 1.5 years because i worry he won’t be readopted if i bring him to a shelter, but i can no longer afford to keep him either way now. vet says it is behavioral not medical. he is very friendly, but may be best as an outdoor or barn cat because of the peeing. *please do not contact me unless you are truly interested in dealing with his problems or can keep him as a barn cat* i can send pictures of him if you are interested.
