Calling the Brave and the Beautiful! Come learn how to defend yourself and then celebrate with a tasting and pampering party. Come experience a lesson in very important skills in a fun and safe environment. Your Instructor: Niki Hinton, is a survivor of domestic abuse who became a 2nd degree blackbelt in Shorin-Ruy karate and a 3rd degree blackbelt in Tang Soo Do karate. She has a passion to empower women to be able to have the courage, self respect and ability to survive an attack from a stranger or from someone known to them. Stay for some pampering and self-care! Robin Thomas will share a special treat- experience Celavive's newest products for yourself, and enjoy the GLOW!Our new line of illuminating products blends formulas and ingredients specifically designed to help diminish the look of uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots for visibly radiant, glowing skin. What to expect: Bring $30 for the self-defense class or $40 if you bring a guest. ( $20 per person) Niki Hinton also has a Venmo account at KarateUSAHillsborough Wear comfortable clothes. We may do some light stretching and movement to warm up our bodies. We will learn simple, practical ways to avoid being a victim of various attacks and what to do in common attack situations. The defenses do not require strength or agility. We will reserve time to address specific fears or concerns from the group. All age groups are welcome. Robin will supply everything needed, including skincare and delicious smoothies to enjoy a relaxing time pampering yourself after the lesson.
