Description

This is a rescue that I have had for 2 years now. (rehomed to me on 02/24/2019) She was being fed 2 pinkie mice every 2 weeks by her previous owner. She was 176grams, 23inches long (had 3 layers of stuck shed on her whole body, eye caps, and plugged nostrils.) She is neurologically disabled because they did not have a thermostat connected to their heat source. She is also neuro-disabled because of her genetics. She is a champagne morph, which comes from the spider morph. They are notorious for wobble syndrome. She was never handled by the previous owner, so she is very reactive. Once she is in your hands and relaxes, she isn't so bad. She is now eating medium rats, and day old chicks, and will come with an unopened flat freezer pack of medium rats. She eats frozen thaw, needs it to be nice and warm, and given to her nose first. she will mis-strike and hurt herself. I cannot care for her anymore because her striking at me when I pass the enclosure has gotten to be too much for me. I can't improve her trust in humans if she can sense that I am scared of her. She needs an experienced new owner, who will not breed her because she will most definitely produce poor offspring. She thrives in bioactive enclosures. She will come with a quarantine tub that has 2 hides, a heat mat with thermostat. I recommend getting UVA and UVB bulbs for her bioactive, some branches to climb, as she enjoys basking in the dawn and dusk. The bulbs will help her bones continue to get stronger.
