Bring gently used clothing, accessories, and home goods that you no longer want (but whose life is not over yet) and swap with others for things you do want. Gender- and size-neutral items highly encouraged! Items should be in good condition—washed, no stains, no holes. Must bring at least 3 items for entry, but there are no limits on what you can take. This event is about sharing—we encourage everyone to come with generosity, kindness, and patience!
Please bring hangers to help us display your clothing, and a tote bag to take your new goods home in. After the swap is over, your hosts are committed to donating or recycling all leftover items.
Drinks not included in ticket price.
All proceeds from tickets and drink sales benefit The Bottom, a multi-use place to foster change and togetherness. As a community center and Black-affirming bookshop, The Bottom is building community, celebrating culture, and engaging the creativity of Black people in Knoxville through curated events, ongoing projects, shared resources, and physical space. Please consider making a donation above and beyond the ticket price! We will also be taking donations the night of the event.
