For over 20 years, Donovan Zimmerman and Jan Burger have used “junk” to create spectacular performances for all ages. For over twenty years, Donovan Zimmerman and Jan Burger have use paper-mâché, cardboard, bamboo, old house paints, cloth, and other “junk” to create incredible giant puppets, masks, shadow plays, and spectacular performances for all ages. This presentation of art, and the magic of masks and puppetry through award-winning puppeteer/artists will deliver super fun exploration of movement and an interactive engagement for all ages. The puppets are brought to life in a synergy of multiple art forms woven together to create a wild spectacle that is sure to inspire and nurture your sense of wonder. The City of Durham is requiring all patrons, students and chaperones to wear masks at all times while at the theater.
