Looking for part-time nanny for toddler

I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my 2.5 year-old daughter. Someone who will engage with her and encourage her development while I work at home. I'd prefer either someone with 1-3 years of babysitting with an education related to care, or 3+ years of successful babysitting. If you have a child of the same age that can play with her, that would rate very high in my consideration. The gig would be between 8am-12pm up to 3 days a week on weekdays. Starting at $14/hr, bump up to $17/hr minimum after a month's evaluation.
