Looking for place to host forest management class

Hi there! My name is Joe Snipes, owner of Forestscapes LLC (www.forestscapesllc.com...or @forestscapesllc for facebook and Instagram). I am a licensed arborist and California Licensed contractor (D49 - tree service). I am looking for a place to host a forest management class. I will be offering a two-day class this fall/winter/spring for each of the following areas: Garberville (Southern Humboldt), Willow Creek, and the coast (Mckinleyville, Eureka, Fortuna, Arcata). One day will be in the classroom and one day will be out in the field. I am looking for either a place in the above areas for either portion (classroom or field). The ideal spots for the classrooms: somewhere indoors, has electricity, bathrooms, running water and WIFI and adequate parking. The ideal spot for the field portion: a minimum of 3 acres of forest land that we can use at our disposal. We will be teaching hands-on forest restoration (species ID, tree and brush removal, pile burning, biochar making). Running water would be ideal but not a must. Our plan is to enhance the forest. We will not leave any messes. We will leave it better than we found it. I am fully insured and bonded and always obtain the proper permits for burning and tree felling.
