It just feels very good to do. These events are for generally healthy people who will benefit from stress reduction and the cultivation of their inner stillness as a personal superpower. *(Make sure you read the requirements below). LEVELS: This particular class is for generally healthy people. BENEFITS: A calming of the nervous system for overall well-being. An opportunity to balance your energy flow, stimulate your inner circuits, blood flow, bone-building, and a deeper connection with nature. Perfect for stress reduction and greater positive focus. *REQUIREMENTS: (This is for generally healthy people) -Be able to move your body parts with little or no discomfort as you are guided into gentle movements .- Be able to stand without sitting for 1 hour with gentle movements.- Send me a private message with any health or movement restrictions, questions, or concerns before you show up to class (required). -Be willing to be still within as you move your arms and legs in ways that cultivate the power of your inner nature. -Be willing to continue if it feels right for you. A one-time occasional event may not have lasting benefits. -Be willing to try a few of the movements you learn on your own in-between events for maximum benefit. ATTIRE & BRING: -Wear loose soft clothing in layers for temperature changes. -Flexible shoes or take your shoes off completely. - Bring a container of water (a must).- Small snack or lunch for after (optional). - Sun protection (hats will not work for this). FIRST TIME:Listen to the first minute or so of this video to understand the language of this practice. The park is small so you will find us easily. This is the park in the Spring. It is beautiful year round. It is a small park so you will find us easy on the big lawn at the end. Parking is free. There are year round botanicals to admire at the Jensen Park where we do our Qigong. There is always beauty to be found and many tall trees to keep us shaded and grounded. Optimal Living & Energetics
