Join me for a Spooky Yoga Flow followed by an Included Pint of Beer! Happy Spooky Season! I am so excited to be able to resume our annual Haunted Yoga and Beer event this year! Halloween apparel is strongly encouraged but definitely not required. Just be sure if you're in costume it's something you can move around it. You will be getting a good little workout and a nice stretch. Cost beforehand is $17 (19.67 after fees) and $25 at the door. What's included in your ticket? -An hour of vinyasa yoga set to spooky beats -A pint of beer to socialize over after -Good times and good company What should you bring? -A yoga mat -A mask if you are not yet fully vaccinated (you may remove it when you are on your mat) -Water -A fun times attitude
