Explore each location in great detail, in person or virtually, from the comfort of your own home! The 45th Annual Candlelight Tour of Homes celebrates the Southern hospitality that Camden is known for, all to benefit the children of Kershaw County. The in-person tour begins at the Camden Archives & Museum, in Downtown Camden at 3:00 pm. Tour the Archives and its latest exhibits, or pick up your tour program in the fast lane and continue on your way through the remaining sites. All sites on the Tour are available for in person viewing until 9:00 pm. For the safety of our event attendees, our homeowners and our volunteers, masks will be required at each tour site. Masks will be provided to event attendees who arrive without one. Shoe coverings may also be required in certain tour sites. If you are participating virtually, the best way to view the Candlelight Tour of Homes is on a computer or smart device. The bigger the screen the better! If you are viewing on your phone or tablet, please turn it horizontal for best results. Each tour has white circles you will see on the floor or stairs. These are scan points that you may click on to virtually walk through each home. You can also tap & hold or click & hold to get a better view of decorations, floors, ceilings, walls, or other details. You may also see white and blue circles throughout the home tours that will highlight certain features of the home or give you a view of the outside exteriors. The Candlelight Tour of Homes is presented by the Camden Junior Welfare League, the proceeds of which benefit the youth of Kershaw County. The 45th Candlelight Tour of Homes is sponsored by Kershaw County, the City of Camden, Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC, the UPS Store, and The Edge of Broad Street.
