Communication is the first step to gaining an understanding to unify us all! It is our goal to host a discussion amongst people who represent the many characteristics of the Black Community. We feel for us as a culture to have true unity we must break down the barriers of communication that seem to divide us. No matter the pronoun, sexual orientation, religious belief, or age the disparities of our history affects us all simply because of the color of our skin. Communication is the first step to gaining an understanding that will curate the support we need for our future.  This event will be a hybrid event, on 30 seats will be available at The Blakk Co venue, tickets can be obtained by your choice of donation (min $5). Proceeds will go toward to support The Blakk Co venue are their programming. Doors: 7pmPanel Discussion: 7:30pm-9pmNetworking: 9pm-10pm Mission: “Black Excellence KC aims to bridge the gap, to accessibility by bringing awareness through partnerships, that helps advance our community.” Vision: “Black Excellence KC will strive to sustain, and retain longevity, with resources in our community while contributing towards a future for Black Kansas City.” Call To Action: These efforts will be used to highlight areas of civic engagement, philanthropy, and individuals in their perspective fields that are making Kansas City a better place. The collective pool of resources we will have as a whole will contribute towards moving forward the greater Kansas City areas for our minority communities. The future and lasting impact for the Black Excellence will reach many and bridge the gap in our community to bring all together to celebrate forthcoming and upcoming initiatives in our community.
