Sophia McDermott will be teaching a BJJ Seminar for all levels, female or male. Sophia is a World Champion and First Female BB in Australia Grappling Mastery is Central Florida’s best in Grappling Instruction for the Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense. Grappling Mastery is a hybrid style, effectively combining the best techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Greco-Roman Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and other submission styles such as Catch-as-Catch-Can. It is truly a complete and effective grappling style that will work on the street as well as in tournaments. We offer Anti-Bullying Classes for Kids, Self Defense and Ladies Only Classes. All our BJJ and Grappling Classes are taught by Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, USBJJF, and IBJJF Certified Black Belt, Brian Ruscio. We also have successful Muay Thai and MMA programs for those that want to add striking to their skillset.
