The Phillips West Fall Fest & Annual Meeting is a community-wide celebration, your chance to meet neighbors and get involved with PWNO! Join us for our Fall Fest & Annual Meeting! This event is two parts in one: neighborhood celebration and annual meeting. The Annual Meeting is our chance to hold board elections, review the Phillips West strategic plan, and envision what we want our neighborhood to look like in the coming years. Enjoy pumpkin painting, free cider and fall treats, and help create a mural that will be displayed in the Phillips West community garden.
