I am seeking a reliable, honest, professional contractor to remodel 2 bathrooms.
Bathroom one: Floor plan remaining the same. Currently late 1950's ceramic tile to be removed. New porcelain 12x24 tile floor installed, white ceramic subway tile installed about 36" up walls and tub surround, with a mosaic tile accent strip.
Remove existing 60" enameled cast iron tub, and install new 60" jetted tub.
Bathroom two: This bathroom currently has a vinyl coated wood tile on the floor and sheetrock walls. It is currently a 1/2 bath with laundry. I am moving laundry to another existing laundry closet, and want to utilize the existing laundry space and plumbing to add a 30" x 60" shower. 12x24" Travertine tile for floor, shower walls, and 36" up bathroom walls, river rock mosaic tile on shower floor, and a glass mosaic tile accent up the center of the main shower wall. Replace vanity/sink and toilet in existing location. Move light switch to opposite side of door and add a GFIC outlet near vanity. Install two 1/4" thin recessed LED light fixtures in ceiling, and move existing light fixture to above vanity mirror.
Must have client references for either kitchen or bathroom remodel, tile work.
Must be licensed and insured.
