Need the following done (supplies and labor inclusive). Please write up a quick estimate for bonded and licensed work. Union labor preferred, but not required. All work is in one apartment in Lower Nob Hill. Street parking difficult, several parking garages nearby. Please factor parking and all other costs into estimate. Receipt will be needed. Price is not the most important factor — a high quality, easy to work with, professional experience that will not require renegotiation is preferable. 1.) Apartment mailbox lock —remove and replace (individual key lost, postal worker has master key that opens all mailboxes from above at once). 2.) Gouged kitchen wall #1 — repair and paint (paint matching required). Space approx 3 inches high, 24 inches wide, 1/4 inch deep. 3.) Gouged kitchen wall #2 — repair and paint (paint matching required, same color as the above). Space approximately 4 inches high, 30 inches wide, 1/8 inch deep. Primer may be required on the damaged spot as gouged area is marked by a different, darker color of paint around the gouge. 4.) Lath and plaster bathroom wall — damaged plaster approximately 2 inch x 2 inch and cracks to 1 or 2 wooden lath backing behind the damaged portion of plaster. 5.) One cracked, light beige ceramic, kitchen tile — 12 inches x 12 inches. Color and style matching required. Removal required and installation of new tile needed. Once an estimate is approved by the court, the winning estimate will be used to begin work. 50% payment upfront, 50% payment upon completion of work.
