DEMOLITION COMPANY HAS THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: (these position opportunity is good for those who have experience in the following trades: demolition laborers, roofers, framers, landscapers, construction clean up, tree pruning, concrete workers, etc...). WORK DESCRIPTION: *DRIVER-LABORER: - 2 Years Commercial Truck Driving Experience vehicles driven are 26,000 GVW - 2 Years Construction Labor Experience - Demolition experience a plus!!!! - Towing Experience a plus!! - *Clean DMV Driving Record (1 Point Maximum) - MUST SUBMIT VALID CA DRIVER'S LICENSE for Pre- approval prior to interview - Frequent Overtime - Perform General Labor Work - Starting Pay $20.00 Per Hour - Advancement Opportunities - Punctual, be able to Speak, Read and Write, English (bi-lingual a plus), Team Player, follow instructions as directed. *Driving record will be checked for approval prior to scheduling an interview, (DRIVER RECORDS WITH THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION: DUI'S SUSPENSIONS, REVOCATIONS, RECKLESS DRIVING, ETC.) GENERAL LABORER REQUIREMENTS: - 2 Years Construction Labor Experience - Demolition experience a plus!!!! - Perform General Labor Work - Advancement Opportunities - Punctual, be able to Speak, Read and Write, English (bi-lingual a plus), Team Player, follow instructions as directed. - Starting Pay $19.00 Per Hour Applicant must have reliable transportation to yard or job site. (driver may be used only as a labor based on schedule in rare occasions). When scheduled for an interview you must bring acceptable work identification approximate time in the day: 10% - driving (DRIVER'S ONLY) 90% - labor (DRIVER) Overtime depending on schedule.
