We currently have an opening for a Custodian (Full time).
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
Hours: 2pm - 10pm
Responsibilities:
Routine and special cleaning of all public and common use areas within the main Manor building.
Must be able to handle code calls as dispatched by Security.
Possible late evening shift at which time will provide much higher level of support to Security, Maintenance and Transportation divisions.
Provides audio, video and computer support to resident and outside performances.
Cleaning of offices, restrooms and their fixtures.
Shampoo carpets, wax floors, wash windows, and remove trash.
Operates special equipment for floor care in public areas and residential units.
Sets up and takes down events in the many meeting rooms. This includes chairs, tables, and audio/video equipment.
Qualifications:
Help us keep our seniors safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.
6 months Custodial Experience.
One (1) year of experience in housekeeping, custodial, cleaning or a related field is preferred.
